The bed arrived and the driver was kind enough to help me put the boxes inside my front door so the weather couldn't get to the boxes. I had a local company move the 2 twin bases upstairs and setup.
Then I called customer service to help with syncing the bases. The representative returned my call within 20 minutes and stayed on the line until all of my questions were answered and even texted me a number for use later.
