At Sven & Son, we offer our customers a stress-free 120-night comfort guarantee. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your mattress, we offer a one-time mattress exchange. Simply pick out another mattress and the cost of your original mattress will be applied to your new one. It’s that simple!

*Sale items and mattresses sold as a bundle are not eligible due to the heavy discounts being offered.

Mattresses:
If it sinks 3/4 inch+ (body impressions), we’ll replace free within 10 years.

Essential Series Base:
10 year prorated base; 1 year non-prorated warranty, $199 value

Classic/Classic+ Series Base:
5 year non-prorated warranty $299 value; 25 year standard warranty

Bliss/Platinum Series Base:
25 year standard warranty; 10 year non-prorated warranty, $599 value

Return Information

We work with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Our adjustable beds are supported by an industry leading warranty. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping.

After 30 days and up to one 1 year, we will still refund your order minus return shipping, but we will require a 20% restocking fee. You can also submit a request using our Return Request Form.

On mattresses purchased within a bundle, we will credit you the amount that was paid for the mattress towards the purchase of another mattress.
