Limited Warranty - Furniture Products
Sven & Son is proud to offer furniture crafted with thoughtful design, quality materials, and lasting durability. Each product is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards and is ready to provide years of reliable use in your home.
Warranty Coverage
Sven & Son provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and care for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Sven & Son or an authorized Sven & Son retailer.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural or functional issues that occur under normal use
What Is Not Covered
- Natural variations in color, grain, texture, or material characteristics inherent to wood, fabric, leather, stone, or other natural materials
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic expectations such as minor finish variations, small chips, scratches, or surface marks that do not affect product function
Deluxing, defined as minor touch-ups, cleaning, waxing, polishing, or finish adjustments to meet personal cosmetic preferences, is not considered a defect and is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Resolution
At its discretion, Sven & Son’s obligation under this limited warranty is limited to one of the following, after inspection and approval of the reported issue:
- Repair of the defective product
- Replacement of defective parts (when available; availability not guaranteed)
- Replacement of the defective product if repair or parts replacement is not feasible
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval prior to resolution.
Additional Terms
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Sven & Son reserves the right to discontinue products, modify specifications, finishes, or materials, and make product changes without prior notice.
