Where do I register my warranty?
For the free included warranty, visit our Warranty Registration Page. The Diamond Coverage Plan is automatically registered after purchase.
Can I upgrade after purchasing?
Yes. You can upgrade to Diamond Coverage within 1 year (365 days) of your initial purchase.
What's the difference between the included warranty and Diamond Coverage?
The free included warranty covers full parts, labor, and shipping for Years 1-2, then prorates (parts only, no labor/shipping) through the remaining warranty period. The Diamond Coverage plan covers 100% of parts, shipping, and technician costs for the full 5 or 10 year plan duration.
How does prorating work?
After the 2-year non-prorated period, coverage decreases over time. For Platinum/Bliss/Classic/Harmony: Years 3-5 at 75%, Years 6-10 at 50%, Years 11-25 at 25% (parts only, no labor or shipping). For Essential: Years 3-4 at 75%, Years 5-6 at 50%, Years 7-10 at 25%.
Is my warranty transferable?
The free included warranty is not transferable. However, the Diamond Coverage Plan is transferable to a new owner.
What's the mattress warranty threshold?
If your mattress sinks 3/4 inch or more within 10 years, we replace it for free. Impressions less than 3/4 inch are considered normal and not covered.
Are parts, shipping, and technician services included?
During the non-prorated period (Years 1-2): yes, all three are included at no cost. During the prorated period: parts only at the prorated percentage, no labor or shipping. Diamond Coverage includes all three for the full plan duration.
Is my warranty refundable?
Warranties are non-refundable.
What about the Amazon warranty vs. Sven & Son warranty?
Amazon's warranty option through Asurion provides 2 years of coverage. Since we already include this free of charge with every purchase, we do not recommend buying the Amazon protection plan. For comprehensive coverage, our Diamond Coverage Plan is the better option.
What about the bedroom furniture warranty?
Furniture products have a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Natural material variations and cosmetic preferences are not covered.
Why buy Diamond Coverage if I already have the free warranty?
The free warranty prorates after Year 2 - you pay increasing portions of part costs and cover your own labor and shipping. Diamond Coverage eliminates all of that: 100% of parts, shipping, and technician costs for the full 5 or 10 year plan.
