Troubleshooting
Issue
Solution
Remote won't pair
Hold reset button on control box 10 seconds, then press any button on remote.
Motor not responding
Check power cord at both outlet and control box. Try a different outlet.
One side won't move (Split King)
Each base has its own power cord. Ensure both are plugged in.
Grinding noise
Check mattress retainer bar isn't catching on frame. Reposition if needed.
Mattress still firm after 48 hours
Allow up to 72 hours in a room above 65°F. Walk on it gently to help expansion.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does self-assembly take?
About 30 minutes for a single base, 45 for Split King. No power tools needed.
Do I need a bed frame?
No. The base has its own legs and stands independently. It also fits inside any standard frame - just remove the legs.
How long for the mattress to expand?
Most expansion in 2-4 hours. Full firmness in 24-48 hours. Safe to sleep on immediately.
What about Split King setup?
Two separate Twin XL bases, side by side. Each sets up independently. Use Split King sheets for a seamless surface.
What if the remote won't pair?
Hold the reset button on the control box for 10 seconds, then press any button on the remote. If that doesn't work, contact us.
