Can I return my adjustable base?
Yes, within 30 days of arrival. A 20% restocking fee applies and you are responsible for return shipping. Keep your original packaging.
My remote isn't working.
Hold the reset button on the control box for 10 seconds, then press any button on the remote to re-pair. If that doesn't work, contact us for a replacement.
