Simply pick out another mattress and the cost of your original mattress will be applied to your new one. It’s that simple!

We work with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Our adjustable beds are supported by an industry leading warranty. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping.
After 30 days and up to one 1 year, we will still refund your order minus return shipping, but we will require a 20% restocking fee. You can also submit a request using our Return Request Form.
On mattresses purchased within a bundle, we will credit you the amount that was paid for the mattress towards the purchase of another mattress.

We love the product. Our adjustable king frame works great and was super easy to assemble. I live in a rural area and arranging delivery was a huge pain. Product good, service left something to be desired.

Quality seems very good. Works well. Here are some things I discovered which may be helpful to add to documentation: 1) Frame may slide on hardwood floors without carpet. This can cause interference with the wall or headboard. A non-slip rug pad under each leg should help 2) In troubleshooting guide - make sure both control connectors are secure in receptacles
