Onboarding and Training:

You'll need some foundational knowledge to be successful in your Internship, so your first week will be dedicated to orientation and training. We'll equip you with the essentials and help you rapidly develop your capabilities through a series of learning exercises – including on-the job training, coaching and technology training. You'll then be ready for business, handling tasks similar to those we give to our first-year graduates.

Teamwork:
As part of a team, you’ll benefit from the knowledge and experience of our established professionals. You can be assured a Sven & Son internship takes place in a supportive environment that respects the individual and the talent he or she possess. Our goal is to give you an idea of where your ambitions can take you.

Portfolio Building:
In addition to your training, you’ll learn important skills like time management, effective writing, project coordination, brainstorming, problem-solving and interpersonal presentation skills. In addition to your assigned projects, we give you the freedom to work on what interests you. We give you insight into the business and a good understanding of work expectations at a company of similar size.

Constructive Feedback:
We want your internship to be a valuable and challenging experience, which is why we appoint an intern coordinator to provide guidance and regular feedback. He or she will be your main point of contact and be responsible for helping you to develop professionally. You can use this feedback to decide where you seek improvement and ask for assistance.

Upon your return to college following your internship, we hope you will want to become an intern/brand ambassador for Sven & Son and to recruit future interns to our program.
