We work with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Our adjustable beds are supported by an industry leading warranty. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping.
After 30 days and up to one 1 year, we will still refund your order minus return shipping, but we will require a 20% restocking fee. You can also submit a request using our Return Request Form.
On mattresses purchased within a bundle, we will credit you the amount that was paid for the mattress towards the purchase of another mattress.

I always wanted an adjustable bed. I bought the split king. It is amazing. I spoke w a sales woman who was very experienced and knew everything about the bed and the shipping process when shopping around. Shipping was on time to the hour. The beds are very, very heavy and solidly built. I have had it for about 5 months with no issue. I truly look forward to jumping in my bed every night. It is perfect and functions just as designed. The set up and app are easy to master. The matterssnis very comfortable. This is a well.made, great product. The motors are very strong and quiet. I have a Sleep Number bed as well. This is 10 times better and much better constructed. This is one of the best products I have ever bought.

From sales, customer service, to delivery, everyone in company was helpful and willing to ask and answer all your questions. This bed is an investment, but who can put a price on a good night sleep. I have had back issues (waking up sore and stiff), now I wake up refreshed. Definitely worth it.

We ordered the split kings, not really knowing what to expect. We got the platinum model, and to say I'm pleased is an under statement. It has far exceeded my expectations, we're very pleased and are convinced we made the best choice. Anyone wanting an adjustable bed need not look any further than here. Definitely love the bed, we've had them for almost a year now, with no problems at all.

After chatting with Marco, we were convinced that Sven and Son was the way for us to go. We shopped brick and mortar stores during the President Day sale, as well as receiving offers as a result of of our web research. What we found is a number of adjustable bed retailers that cost as much as 200% more that S&S but not offering the package found and S&S. While some of the nationally advertised brand name came close, not a single one offered the bells and whistles (massage, lights, head tilt, etc), they charged as much as 2X as much the S&S base. And you can’t find a warranty any where near what S&S provides. All said and done, I can confidently assert that we made the best choice choosing Sven and Son. I am sure you will find the same as me in your research. If you want to spend more for less, there are plenty of opportunities out there, we chose S&S and really pleased that we did.
