Do I have to register to get warranty coverage?
Yes. Registration is required to process any warranty claim. It only takes a minute and you only have to do it once per product.
I bought my Sven & Son product on Amazon. Do I still register here?
Yes. Where you bought it doesn't change the registration process. Use your Amazon order number in the form.
How long do I have to register?
We recommend registering within 30 days of receiving your product. After that, you can still register — but file your registration as soon as possible to keep things smooth.
What's covered under the warranty?
Full coverage details are on our Warranty Information page. In short: adjustable base motors, frames, electronics, and remotes are covered for years against defects. Mattresses are covered against sagging, defective materials, and workmanship.
Can I transfer my warranty if I sell or give away the bed?
Warranty is non-transferable. It stays with the original purchaser registered on file.
