Sven & Son Warranty

Understanding Your Mattress Warranty: Everything You Need to Know to Sleep Better

As much as we love talking about the hybrid cooling gel technology in our mattresses and the best positions to sleep in after purchasing an adjustable base, protecting it is just as relevant. Getting a warranty on any product you buy is important. It’s always recommended to try to protect your new belongings the best you can. We get lots of questions from potential and current customers about our warranty, so we figured we’d talk about it a bit this week!

Why is a warranty important for an adjustable bed?

It may seem silly at first to look into buying a warranty for your bed, we assure you it isn't. Your sleep is important to us, so protecting the items that help you achieve the best night's rest is important too. Sometimes technology can mess up, and a warranty can protect you from any mishaps that might occur.

Everyone has a preference when it comes to their mattresses, so it's important to protect the “right” one. After a few years of use, you might notice that your mattress doesn't spring back into place like it's supposed to. Those impressions in the mattresses may make your mattress feel less comfortable and supportive. Sven & Son’s warranty for registered mattresses states that if the mattress begins to sink from the impressions, we’ll replace the mattress for free within 10 years.

Purchasing an adjustable base can be life-changing for our customers. Using the base to adjust sleeping positions has helped out many people immensely, which is why it's important to protect your base if there are malfunctions. The base is able to move and adjust specific parts of itself thanks to small motors that are controlled by the remote. These small motors could experience malfunctions for several reasons. All of Sven & Son bases include a warranty for them and will cover repairs or replacement.

Most Common Questions for the Sven & Son Warranty

With how complicated some warranties can be, it's no wonder that our customers ask questions to make sure they understand the information. We wanted to go over some of the most commonly asked questions we get about our warranty here so that everyone is on the same page.

“Do you have an extended warranty?”

Yes, we do have an extended warranty! A 5-year extended warranty is available at the point of purchase, so make sure to register your products after you purchase them!

“Are the accessories covered?”

Yes, our accessories are covered by the warranty. The warranty covers the wireless remotes, adjustable legs, and any other add-ons.

“If I don’t like my mattress after trying it out, will you take it back?”

Sven and Son offers a 120-night comfort guarantee for our mattresses. If your newly purchased mattress doesn't feel comfortable enough to you for any reason, we offer a one-time mattress exchange. During this exchange, the cost of your original mattress will be applied to a new one. Sven & Son will never resell a mattress once it has been opened, so we ask that you donate your unwanted items to a local non-profit.
